The "CIMR DIALCOM" application is intended for Beneficiaries of the Moroccan Interprofessional Retirement Fund (CIMR). It allows you to remotely certify your life from your Smartphone without physically going to the bank to activate your RAHATI card or prepare and send life certificates to CIMR. In addition to the dematerialization of the proof of life, through your mobile account, you can enjoy features for consulting and monitoring your situation: payment history, status of your requests, etc.

The "CIMR DIALCOM" application offers a variety of features:

• Life certificate: allows you to certify your life quarterly simply by taking a selfie through facial recognition.
• Pension certificate: provides the option to download your pension certificate.
• Update contact information: enables you to update your profile by changing your details (address or email address).
• Change request: allows you to change the payment method of your pension and your family status.
• Alerts: notifies you in real-time of all your operations, changes, and new CIMR updates related to the beneficiary's account.
• Agency Geolocation: helps you locate all CIMR branches throughout MOROCCO.
